Today was the first day of 2011 Japan Golf fair. As always, Tourspecgolfer (Chris), Tourspecgirl (Jacquelyn) and I showed before 10 am start to formulate our plan to tackle the worlds most fun golf show. Was
already evident first thing this morning that we were in the store for a day crowded as it seemed most people usually showed up at the start of recording. Our hunch was right as this was one of the busiest days opening still making it difficult to capture images and video clips that we wanted, but we tried our best yet!
I'll be posting up pictures that I took while Chris is working on his awesome video. I will try and focus images brand refresh for brand and maybe even tomorrow for brands, that post already if I'm not happy with the pictures. We walked our usual route through the show that started with the West Wing. We expected to see Taylormade Japan in their normal positions as the first main stand, however, was now Ping Japan that occupied that position.
Japan had a Ping to both small-sized but a lot of hitting networks for club fitting and putter fitting. Equipment wise, all new global products were there, as i wedges S56, K15, G15 and Tour S. They are still promoting Anser forged as it was probably one of the best selling irons in 2010.
For the 2011 release before had limited putters Kartsten 1959, as well as the channels comply with "new" Ping Eye2 wedges XG on the side. They also showcased some all new wells just Japan that Griffin. I was hoping to see a replacement for the Rapture V2 Japan very popular, but there was none to be seen.

You can drop by Ping tomorrow to see if there was anything that we missed and talk with representatives of Ping on possible up coming releases. Average Ping time out today images!

One of the biggest selling points is that these drivers are manufactured by Yonex ENDO Niigata factory in Japan. There is also an Office of Niigata Yonex production. Each process from manufacturing head & paint, carbon composite Crown construction, production of shaft and Assembly is all done in Japan. ENDO produces narrower tolerance of any factory of golf world and kudo Yonex to understand that.
Royal Collection has made some really great Club recently and 2011 looks no different. Don't have a big booth at Japan Golf fair as many of the big brands are always, however, this is reflective of their products. RC has always believed in quality over quantity and it shows in their products by this company more small but focused.
